We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your Hustle Honeys pieces. Please read our return and exchange policy before placing your order.
Return Window
We accept return or exchange requests within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unused
- Free of stains, deodorant marks, perfume, pet hair, or damage
- In original condition with tags and packaging, if applicable
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Digital products
- BeeFit memberships or app-related purchases
- Items marked "final sale"
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
Exchanges
If you need a different size or style, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you want is no longer available, we may offer store credit or a refund if your item meets the return requirements.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Hustle Honeys is not responsible for lost return packages.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review the issue and help make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
