Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after your order is placed. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
During launches, sales, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order with care.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Estimated shipping times:
- Canada: 3–10 business days
- United States: 5–14 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Please note that these are estimates only. Shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for your selected shipping method.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your package has been shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Hustle Honeys is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Hustle Honeys is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, building concierge, or household members first. You may need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
Customs, Duties, and Import Fees
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply. Hustle Honeys is not responsible for these fees and they are not included in the product or shipping price.
